Forward error correction (FEC) decode request. If this request is successful, the PHYSICAL agent should send out an appropriate RxFrameNtf to the requesting agent. If the request is unsuccessful, a BadFrameNtf should be sent instead. In both cases, the inReplyTo field of the notification should be set to the message ID of this request.
A decode request without metrics is used to request priming of the FEC. For such requests, notifications are not sent.

Location where this frame was received (if known).
Bit metrics to decode. A bit metric is a float value representing the likelihood of a bit being 0 or 1. A value of +1.0 indicates certainty that the bit is 1, and -1.0 indicates certainty that the bit is 0. A value of 0.0 indicates no information about the bit.
Received signal strength in dB (NaN if unknown).
Timestamp in us at which frame was received (start of reception).
